These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grid Lands game and related services ("Platform"), owned and operated by Matveenko DOO, Podgorica, Montenegro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using the Platform, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Grid Lands provides a persistent multiplayer game experience, account features, progression systems, in-game economy functionality, and gameplay analytics used to operate and improve the game. Additional services or features may be introduced and will also be governed by these Terms unless specified otherwise.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. Paid features may only be purchased or used by users who are at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, cheats, or other malicious content.
• Violate intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security, integrity, or fair gameplay.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

6. Fees and Payment

• Certain features of the Platform may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms shown during checkout.
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By paying, you agree to their terms and conditions.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, game assets, and features on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Matveenko DOO.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

8. Data and Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices as outlined in that document.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Matveenko DOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Matveenko DOO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or at our discretion with prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
